Insurance and payment options
Here at The Art of Dentistry we accept most dental insurance plans. If we are not listed as a provider with your dental insurance company, please ask us to become participating providers and we'll do our best to accomodate you. We will file your claims and handle all documentation to help you get the maximum benefit from your insurance company. Keep in mind, no insurance company attempts to cover all dental care. It is your responsibility to pay any deductibles, co-insurances/co-pays, and any other balance not paid by your insurance company. The agreement of the insurance company to pay for your dental care is a contract between you and the carrier. If you are without dental insurance, we offer a variety of discount options. (Ask us about the Vital Care discount plan.) We also accept most major credit cards and do offer financing through Care Credit (OAC).
Appointment Policy
We reserve time for each patient in our practice. An appointment scheduled in your name is a bond of trust that we will be here to serve you and you will be present for that appointment. Therefore, our office has a firm policy as to the cancellation of an appointment without 48 hours notice. If notice is not given it could lead to a fee being charged to your account. We do not accept recorded messages on our after hours answering system as appointment cancellations or changes. Please help us by giving plenty of notice if you can't make your scheduled appointment so we can offer the opprotunity for another patient to been seen in our office.
